Lesson 1 - Mind is the only reality:

Science and physics stumbled upon this truth about consciousness early in the last century. Matter both appears and disappears on a quantum level. Our entire reality blinks between existence in the realm of probability or cause and effect and the realm of all possibility or the unmanifest world of ideas.

In the lab it was revealed that these sub atomic particles are responsive to consciousness; their behavior is affected by the expectations of the observer.

Mystics have known for centuries that it is all mind.

The inner world of consciousness projects its expectations upon the manifested outer "reality." Everyone does this; most of us do not realize we create this world and then react to it. This is done not in a vacuum but in the ocean of consciousness shared with all life.

We exist in the Mind of God. Created like him, we are mind. We cannot see God just as we cannot see ourselves except as a reflection.

This is what is meant by the enlightened statement that we are created in the image of God.

Knowing this, we understand that consciousness is the key to everything: happiness, success, fulfillment, love, enlightenment.
