Dark Night of the Soul

The lights suddenly were gone.
My mind went black.
I knew immediately I was dying.
My inner light had gone dark.


Traumatized and broken, I cried silent tears.
At my last moment of resignation,
I saw them again, the points of light!


I gladdened at the sight of them,
bigger and more beautiful than before.
My consciousness was wiped out by a blinding light.
They saved me by putting me to sleep.
My dark night of the soul lasted 35 years
and they awakened me ... To remember


Another cried out like this.
Forsaken.
He too slept for a time and awakened.
Traumatized but not beaten.
We were saved by a mind that would not forsake us.


Who understands the dark night.
Why it must be endured
to reach the light of day.
"Life is forever.
Consciousness is a continuum."
This was their message.
The Collective is the hidden mind.

 

The Mysteries of The Doors

One cannot speak in the presence of God.

As one who has been through the doors, and back, there are some things known that cannot be simply explained.

The language of the higher realms is telepathic, and although one may speak, one's thoughts are constantly scanned for Truth. 
 As one ascends through the Light Heavens, thought and communication become purer. Ultimately, language is unnecessary as is thought. There is just knowing.

As a general rule, God is not discussed and certainly not explained in the vulgar spoken word. To paraphrase Christ, some things are mysteries. Let those who have ears hear.

God is the mind in which we all reside. He is said to be in this world, but not of it. Our minds have created this oasis, a space apart from God, outside of Love. It is nowhere, but an illusion in our minds. 

Each Mind rules it's own kingdom. We cannot hear or see that which we choose to ignore. This is inviolable. To violate the sanctity of one's thoughts would violate the Law of God.

Yes it is said God is omnipresent, everywhere... that is real. God is Truth. As Truth, He cannot be part of an illusion. This world is the playground of consciousness. It is a simulation. Thank God it is not real.

Upon healing, the mind gives up perception and acquires vision. Truth is then known.

Edgar Cayce: on consciousness

The Sleeping Prophet, Edgar Cayce was immortalized in the book "There is a River."  Deeply spiritual but not highly educated, Cayce connected to the universal consciousness when in a state he called a trance. He counseled people answering thousands of letters while in the trance state. While he was not a medical doctor, he also healed many people. Cayce read the Bible once for each year of his life. His metamorphosis inspired me to study this book and other religions to see if it would change me as well, make me more spiritual. The effects were not noticeable to me until I looked back at my experiences, as told in the story "DOING TIME on Earth: Unmasking the Hidden Mind Directing our Lives."  The experiences I began to have we're incredible and my life has been profoundly changed because of this spiritual quest.

(Q) How can I be able to hear, see, or do, more abundantly on the spiritual plane, and to attain higher powers, to have an abiding faith and be of better service? 
(A) Just as indicated, as by turning within self, holding to those influences as indicated from the greater expression of self in the material plane in the hills and plains, that there may come the greater consciousness in patience, in hope, in PUTTING same into activity in the hearts of others. Opening The Doors - Points of Reality

Truth is fleeting in the world of perception. We literally look into the past and do not realize our own consciousness plays into the outer reality. 

Science has revealed that matter, cause and effect, is inseparable from consciousness. 

The inner world projects upon the outer, a drama created by the cosmic and collective consciousness. In true relativistic fashion, the mind reacts again to itself. 

This is circular reality- relativity. All reality is affected by everything else. Truth is ever-changing in the world of perception. 

Very few have ascended in consciousness to the level where they may peer behind the doors of reality. Their task is to look out into the world of perception and then peer into the hidden world of truth. Find the point where perception agrees with the inner world and this is Truth. It does exist, hidden in the world of perception like a prize within a maze. 

Even for the gifted, this task is difficult. You cannot see it. You cannot hear it. You must first look for it. Listen for the Truth. Seek first and you shall find. Knock and the door shall be opened.

Defenselessness

How do we as the race of man rise above the battlefield?

The killing has gone on for centuries. Humans seem to know no other way to exist. War has failed. Peace has failed. Religion has failed. The brightest minds have failed to resolve what is the dark side of humanity.

Who has never harmed another and yet was harmed? Who did nothing wrong and yet suffered? Who was innocent, suffered, died and rose above his circumstances? He never defended himself and the consequences of others' actions upon him held no lasting effect.

This is the lesson and the miracle of defenselessness. 

When you attack another, you attack yourself.  When you forgive another, you forgive yourself. When you show love, you invite love back into your life.

The great lesson of the life of Jesus Christ was in the way he lived, and not that he died.  He believed in a better world. The world in his mind, the kingdom within, was a place where love and truth reigned. The riches of this world meant nothing to him. There will never be a solution for those who value the temporal riches of the material world.

Heaven and earth may pass away but my words will never pass away.  Truth is forever. Love is forever. These are ideals and concepts, much as God is an ideal and a concept.

That truth does not make God less real. That makes God the one reality.  All truth and all love emanates from this one reality. All else is false. All else is illusion. You can tell the illusion because it is always temporal.

The Doors of Consciousness are your eyes, the windows to your Soul. 

Do you look out or look in?  

Which vision would you believe?  The body's eyes tell of Perception, making sense of the outside world of Relativity.   The mind's eye tells what you think and feel. Your inner world, your inner kingdom.  

Which should you control? The outer world disappoints. So you adjust your thoughts. You accept reality. The mind desires, do you dare believe?

Think on this for a time and we will open the doors again.

The Report on Reality

The Report of the senses is flawed. The Collective cannot respond to my requests to correct the Report.

I am asleep. This is a dream.

My higher mind knows the Report just reports the facts. When awake I know this and there is no disconnect.

I know the Report cannot be corrected. The flaw is not with the senses. The error is with the choices that were made. The Facts are not wrong. They were wrong choices.

To correct the Report, we must acknowledge the choices and acknowledge the mistakes.

Wrongs are errors. Errors are wrongs. The Report of perception is flawed. It reports errors. The errors are wrong. The errors must be corrected and then the Report will be correct.

I sleep and believe what I think. I waken and believe what I see. The Report is not wrong. Only the choices can be wrong.

Each level of reality is a rung on the ladder of Truth. Each choice leads us up or down.

Mind and Emotion

These are closely related, but not the same.

Mind is is the ignition, the spark of consciousness. Emotion is the engine.

Intellect steers you. Anger, fear, greed or love, compassion, and desire are the al-wheel drive.

Mind and Emotion are both channeled in waves of thought-emotion energy (like space-time are two components of one "thing") They both ride the same vehicle, the thought wave.

Due to this proximity, thought and emotion affect each other. It is dangerous when emotions control the steering isn't it? The proper order is to use Mind to channel emotional energy. Emotion contains all the power! Emotion is properly used to give drive to your ambitions.

Controlling thought can lead to complete control over the mind-body. Ultimately the strong Mind can control its entire environment once it becomes sensitive to the fact that All is One - All is Mind. The Mind then takes its rightful place at the helm of its reality.

Mind's control is expanded by increasing one's Sphere of Influence. This is discussed fully in my book The CIRCLE of INFINITY.

There is power in truth. Truth is power. That which lasts forever is true.

True Love is the power of the universe.  It is the power that heals, transforms and makes miracles!

Our minds draw and focus the energy through the body's Energy centers, known as chakras.  As the energy rises through each successive chakra it, becomes intensified and purified.

This is done much as a beam of light is filtered through a prism or crystal. Thus our bodies function in the same capacity, with the astounding ability to sense thoughts and emotions through the "ether" as Einstein speculated, and send them forth again. This is done through the medium of the collective consciousness, part of the mind of God.
