Mindless Thoughts

Before you've looked at a picture from every angle, you cannot really understand it.

Your thoughts react to everything and very rarely do they react appropriately.

Your perception changes and you feel regret. Your life was changed by wrong thinking.

To develop mindfulness, connect to the source of all knowing.

Each day begin with a reset to the center of all being.

Go to the center of all mind and hold your thought there.

Stay there for a while and let your mind attune to the truth.

Let the pesky thoughts, the worries and fears go.

Your reality is truth. It is love.

Now look at your life again. Do you see it differently?
